I was asking my patients for tips they would give to early
runners, and I got this little gem:
Free continental breakfasts from cheap hotels are surprisingly
easy to take advantage of. You don’t really need to get a room there as long as
you look somewhat decent, and you get lots of free food. Some of which you can
even load up on.
I’m going to add that a lot of the food served at these
continental breakfasts is perishable, so don’t load up on them too much.
They’ll go bad, and you’ll just end up weighing yourself down.
